As such, terms like “delivery” refer to completed digital handovers, and “returns” refer to service revision or refund considerations, not physical product returns.
Non-Refundable Services
Due to the tailored and non-physical nature of our services, the following are not eligible for refunds once initiated:
Website or software development (after any work has commenced)
SEO, digital marketing, or PPC campaigns (once strategy/ad spend begins)
Any services already delivered or substantially completed
Refund Eligibility
A refund may be considered if:
No work has been initiated
There is a verified service failure on our part
You were incorrectly billed

Recurring Services & Cancellation
Monthly services can be canceled with 48-hour notice prior to the next billing date. Cancellations are effective forward-moving and do not refund past charges.
